All about teaching in Japan
So you want to teach in Japan?
Well, you’re in for one hell of a ride!
Teaching here is not that hard but getting the most out of it can be tricky.
I’ve been at it for 12 years now and love it! Everything about it… The country, my clients/students, the food, etc…
Stay away from the forums about teaching in Japan where most of the messages are negative and filled with people that couldn’t post a useful tip if their life depended on it. These are the same people that go home after a year or two and brag about how they were living and working in Japan but when you ask how many teaching seminars they’ve been to or how many books they’ve read to improve their teaching skills, they laugh it off.
Here I’ll be sharing what works and what doesn’t for me which is priceless for honest, hard working people willing to roll up their sleeves and put in the time it’ll take to get the most from their stay in Japan.
